Shareholders in the Management and Administration Entity of the Thessaloniki Technology Park SA (ICT Business Park), which is a non-profit organization, are the landowners of the park. Specifically, 50% of the share capital belongs to 19 IT companies, while the other 50% belongs to the American Farm School.

Thessaloniki Technology Park SA is a diversified company with more than 80 shareholders. Specifically, major IT and high-tech companies, mainly from northern Greece, are shareholders. This initiative was supported by the state, various public bodies, as well as academic and research institutions that also participate in the share capital.
